The Science of Dance & Dance TherapyA structured workshop exploring how neuroscience and psychology can be applied to movement, dance learning, and emotional regulation.
This workshop presents scientifically grounded explanations of how the brain and nervous system interact with movement, combined with practical frameworks that can be applied immediately in teaching, therapy, and movement practice.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of the mechanisms behind movement learning, coordination, and emotional regulation, and how these processes can be used to support both performance and well-being.
