Dance Temple is please to present "Chocolate Groove Cacao and Ecstatic Dance" with DJ Jesse Buck.

About Ecstatic Dance:

Ecstatic dance is a free form embodied meditative practice whereby we may connect more deeply with ourselves, community and source energy.

All pieces of you are welcome. Show up as you are and allow yourself to move and be moved via your unique authentic expression and creative manifestation.

No prior experience necessary.

About Jesse:

Jesse Buck aka J Groove is a Community Visionary, Producer, Coach, Teacher, Yogi turned DJ, MC, Cacao enthusiast and Sound Healer who holds the intention to inspire others, raise the collective frequency and co-create expressions of unity. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Jesse offers retreats, community events, cacao ceremonies, ecstatic dances, sound journeys on a global scale. He is the founder of “Chocolate Groove” a Cacao Ecstatic Dance Gathering in Toronto, Costa Rica & recently in Tulum!

As a DJ he brings deep intention to his mixes playing an array of Global Grooves to bring you into a variety of Ecstatic States. You can expect deep Tribal Grooves, Middle Eastern House, Sacred Bass, Techno, Trance and Sacred sounds in each of his sets!

When conducting Sound Ceremonies with an array of sacred instruments, Jesse mainly plays crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequency of 432hz, allowing for deep states of relaxation and healing with guided meditation.

His mission is to support Conscious Communities, inspire others to live their dreams and co-create this golden age!
