Through the powerful practice of the Dances of Universal Peace, we will awaken our minds, bodies, hearts and souls to greater aliveness, joy and connection. Led by Christina Gulzar. In the challenges of our daily lives we often find ourselves disconnected from the Love that we have inside and the connection which is available to us at a deeper level. The Dances have the power to reconnect us in a simple but profound way to our natural state, both within and without.
The Dances of Universal Peace are inspired by the wisdom and sacred phrases of the spiritual traditions of humankind. This is joyful body prayer, linking the individual with the deeper aspects of their being bringing joy and inner peace. They are danced mostly in a circle using very simple movements, whilst singing the sacred phrase with live music. For Christina Gulzar, certified Dance Leader and Mentor, sharing these Dances is one of the greatest joys of her life!
No experience necessary. All are welcome.
