It's big. It's classy. It's huge entertainment. It's fun.Dance Pro's of Bardstown presents its annual recital performance, "Dance Pro's Takes Flight 2024."
More than 170 performers, ages 2 to 18 years old, will take the stage at the J. Dan Talbot Amphitheater, home of the historical Stephen Foster Story, to entertain in one of Bardstown's biggest productions.
How big? Dance Pro's owner and leader Jessi Hawkins said it takes nine choreographers with a combined total experience of over 100 years to pull this one off. There are multiple dance routines, scored lights, big sound production and more.
The upcoming 2024 production is Dance Pro's 26th recital, making it a longstanding tradition that thrills Central Kentucky audiences.
There will be two show dates for the 2024 production, one on Friday, May 31, and another on Saturday, June 1. Both shows begin at 7:30 p.m.
TICKETS
Tickets go on sale beginning Monday, May 6.
They will be sold at the Dance Pro's Studio location, 125 Keystone Ave. in Bardstown, KY.
Tickets will be available for purchase from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each evening, Monday through Thursday.
Tickets are $12 each; children 4 and under are free.
Take note: the annual Dance Pro's production is ALWAYS a sellout. Get tickets early, especially if you have a preference for the Friday or Saturday performance.
