Łowiczanie Polish Folk Ensemble of San Francisco Celebrates 50 Years with "Dance Poland!" Anniversary Concert
Dance Poland! promises a lush and electrifying concert presented by the Bay Area’s own Łowiczanie Polish Folk Ensemble. Award-winning international musicians will join over 60 dancers and singers to joyfully celebrate Poland’s time-honored folk heritage, and Łowiczanie’s 50 years of dance and tradition! An unforgettable evening of Polish music and dance awaits. Highlights include breathtaking, handmade costumes worn by graceful and powerful dancers, while unrivaled musical ensemble “Tekla Klebetnica” adds a jazzy twist of their own to beloved melodies. Don’t miss this milestone event honoring heritage, community, and the enduring spirit of folk artistry.
The VIP reception will be a short-but-sweet gathering of supporters and friends in an inviting, intimate atmosphere -- the Vukasin theater within the Performing Arts Center. We'll enjoy delicious appetizers from a highly-regarded local caterer, a fully-hosted bar, entertainment by one or more of our musicians and singers, and a toast or two to our special occasion!
