*Overview:*
The dance of conflict is a 2.5 hour workshop that gently explores various conflict styles through a set of embodiment exercises and open discussion.

There is no 'perfect' text book approach to resolving a conflict. This workshop is about engaging with and accepting our spectrum of conflict styles with tenderness and understanding, and opening up to new tools and approaches.

About the facilitator :
Hi I am Alice, community facilitator and qualified language coach (English teacher) from England. For most of my life I have struggled with navigating conflict in relationships, which eventually brought me to Bulgaria, the land of the direct, then therapy, standup comedy, improv theater, back to therapy, lots of broken relationships, and then to several Erasmus plus programs where I have had the opportunity to learn new skills and approaches to conflict.
This workshop has been made possible by the support of Edno School, Creatosphere, The Unusual Academy, and by the incredible work of Anna Moro, Veronika Pavlova and Despoina Rafaildou from their 'Water to the Moon' Erasmus plus training in January, created by their organisation YOUnique in the Czech Republic, and the support of Bistra from Zarika Foundation, Bulgaria.
