About this Event

This chosen activity is Dancing which is under our program called Dance n Sync.

Dance n Sync: Zumba sessions is where you can have fun, keep
fit whilst dancing and meet
new people in your
community!

Empowr CIC has collaborated with Kurt (KJzin )to bring Zumba to our Local community!

Dance n Sync Tickets are £6 + £1.06 Eventbrite Fees.

This is an hour-long cardio class that feels more like a dance party than it does exercise. The routines are easy to follow and you’ll be exposed to lots of different dance styles, such as reggaeton, salsa, and cumbia.

Wear comfortable shoes and clothes and bring plenty of water! This class is for all levels but be aware that some moves may be hard on the knees.
