Dance ‘N Define w/ Tarah incorporates a mixture of dance, core work, and lightweight/full body toning. Please bring a mat and two light hand weights, if you have them. This class is free and open to the public.
If the weather is nice, Dance ‘N Define will be held at Unity Square. On extreme hot or cold days or if weather is inclement, DND will be held in Meeting Room A @ BPL. Always check BPL social media for any class location change.
**Consult with a physician before attending any fitness class.** All first-time participants must sign a participant waiver.
