“BODIES ARE NEVER STATIONARY”

Contemporary Dance workshop

Objective of the workshop :

To make the participants observe their body in motion and discover natural ways to move and play in space.

To make the participants experiment with different aspects of movements and understanding the triggering area, the affected area and supplementary engagement in ones body.

What to expect :

The session starts with a basic warmup and stretches and continues into combinations and phrases of movements. Using the space with a playful mind-body sync, the participants would be able to ask questions to themselves about the feeling that the movements bring into them. Bringing technicalities with basics of anatomy and somatics, will make the workshop both interesting and challenging and much to take back thoughtfully.

A small showcase and presentation of whatever was done during the workshop at the end of it.
