Dance like nobody's watching! Join us getting silly at sunset - boogie into the night with joy!? WHAT TO EXPECT ?
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
