Dance liberation guided workshop

This is an invitation to join like minded souls who want to connect to their bodies on a deeper level and enjoy this vessel you have been given! We will listen to ethereal music that will enliven the fire in you to come out and move through you. I'm excited to meet you and share this time with you <3 Women and men are welcome in this space to create a holistic wholesome connection that unites our energies to spread more light into the world we live in. It will be guided through my background in Dance movement Psychotherapy, Yoga, and Dance alchemy. In these training I am able to facilitate a safe space for everyone to discover their own expansion waiting for them before the new year.
