Dance & Music Journey
JUNE 30: For something a bit different, and to clear some stress, Abbey Arts has been presenting various wellness events, nap concerts, dances, and more around Seattle. June 30 features local singer Sarah Conner (who recently sang with international touring artist Mose at a packed dance show) with movement guide and visual artist Erika Merz. They describe this new co-creation event as a “Guided Dance Journey” and it will be held in the big open Hall at Fremont Abbey (now with AC!). 8:00-10:00, $15 / $20 / $30 sliding scale tickets
Sarah Conner (Seattle / Sedona)
Recently sang with MOSE, at Expansion Festival 2022 and much more
"Sarah Conner has been serving hundreds of people over the last 8 years in a variety of roles including as a massage therapist, empowerment coach, energy and sound healer. Two years ago she had a dream to travel across the continent in a shuttle bus she converted, offering her services to people wherever she landed, collaborating with other healers and musicians to bring more magic to the world. The Nomadic Healer is the result of that manifested intention in action. "

Erika Merz (Seattle)
" Erika Merz, (she/her), is a spiritual embodiment guide, Energy Dancer and teacher, visionary artist, facilitator and Pr*son abolitionist who loves deep conversations and spontaneous prayer.
Much of Erika’s work is inspired by visions that come through during expansive trance-states doing energy work on the dance floor. With a background of 15+ years in martial arts, her 10 years of dedicated Energy Dance practice and 4 years of teaching, Erika paints and dances how she experiences energy flow within and around her, connecting the earth and the cosmos.
Through her guided dance offerings and visionary art, Erika makes energy visible, inviting people to tap-in to their own energetic connection with Source energy. Participants regularly experience expansive/trance states of radiant wholeness and learn powerful tools and practices to help them heal, find clarity in their unique life purpose, and Rise Up with H’ART (heart) to co-create a world where all beings can thrive.
Inspired by these ideas? Say hi! Erika loves connecting around these topics and welcomes you to reach out. [email protected] or Instagram @riseupwithhart"
