Youth Emergency Services' (YES) annual fundraiser, Dance for a Chance, sees dynamic members of the Omaha community (listed below) paired with dance instructors to compete through carefully crafted dance routines—just like “Dancing with the Stars”—as they raise awareness and funds for YES among their personal and professional networks.Attendees can expect to enjoy a night of dancing, tasty treats, and a silent auction and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people in need.
Also, take note: 2024 marks Youth Emergency Services’ 50th anniversary, inspiring the fundraiser’s theme “50 Years of YES.” Dancers and instructors will incorporate music, dance moves, and costumes into their performances from one of six historical decades—1970s, 1980s, 1990s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020s. We invite our guests to dress up in their favorite trends from the past!
