When: All levels are welcome to come enjoy our Thursday and Saturday morning fitness group class starting at 10:15 AM!

Choose a time that works for you:

Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:00 PM

Thursdays & Saturdays 10:15 - 11:00 AM

Cost: The class is just $10 per individual, or free to VIP members.
