Join us every Thursday at 6:00pm for a fun and energetic workout that is beginner and all-levels friendly!
Riot Dance Fitness is the newest hip-hop inspired cardio/HIIT Dance Fitness format. It is the perfect combination of a cardio class and a dance workshop. We stop in between some tracks to break down choreography that may be more technical, so you can feel empowered and add your sauce.
This program is centered around confidence, community, and the belief that you deserve to feel empowered, take up space, and to be surrounded by a community that cheers loudly when you step out of your comfort zone.
*Music in this class has a pop/hip-hop theme and some songs may contain mature lyrics/references.
Located at Snap Fitness in Pueblo West, 279 S Purcell Blvd, Pueblo, CO 81007.
Free for Snap Fitness gym members, non-members can buy a day-pass to the gym for $10 or punch card for this class. (Punch cards are $50 for 6 visits and can be used for any of their other group fitness classes as well.
