Dance Cardio with Shanee!

A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

This is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. This exercise is disguised as a party with an awesome playlist. No matter what stage you are in for your fitness journey you will have a blast!
