Dance at the Plaza: Zumba [All Levels] with Nora Aguayo

Class Description:

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001. Zumba incorporates four basic rhythms including Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue and Cumbia with each basic rhythm having four core steps. In this class you should expect a high energy environment with easy to follow choreography to form the ultimate calorie-burning experience. Music genres may include Latin beats, Reggaeton, Hip Hop, and Pop music.

Location: All Fitness Court classes are outdoors at Civic Center / UN Plaza - 3537 Fulton Street, San Francisco, CA 94102.
