Join me and DJ Earth Goddess Koreen for a Dance & Meditate event in celebration of three years since taking the name Slow! Everyone is welcome. I am inspired lately by the marvel of the sky and invite you to connect with that sense of expansiveness and possibility through this special event. DJ Earth Goddess Koreen will be putting together a musical set unique for this event and guiding us through cycles of moving and meditating. While I normally do this event with Teresa Reid for my birthday, I’ve decided to welcome Koreen to facilitate after experiencing her music and guidance at AscenDance. Going forward, I’m excited to do this event TWICE a year to also honor my Name Day.Dance & Meditate: Slow's Name Day Celebration

Some notes on the event:
1. If able, please bring your own blanket, pillow, and/or meditation cushion.
2. Please bring cash or plan to donate via PayPal or Venmo. Proceeds go, in portion, towards covering the space costs and supporting Koreen. The rest will go to support continuing Slow’s work with the Minnesota Ecovillage Project. Thank you!

When you come, please give the amount that matches your situation. Of course, this is a guideline, feel free to give whatever you are most guided to contribute, whether that’s more or less.
$25 - I am comfortably able to meet my basic needs, am employed, and have access to financial savings.
$15 - I may struggle at times, and have some debt, but it does not prohibit me from meeting my basic needs.
$5 - I am unemployed or underemployed with very limited expendable income.
3. Someone will monitor the doors for duration of the event to let folks in. Come and go as you please!
4. Slow will have copies of his ART to share on a sliding scale basis, in the lobby during this event. You are welcome to use card, cash, or Venmo to donate towards Slow’s art practice. Please reference the below sliding scale when contributing.
