Dance & Connect Workshop in Paris

A welcoming movement workshop to reconnect with your body, explore feminine expression through dance, and meet like-minded women.

Through guided exercises and feminine movement inspired by dancehall and commercial dance styles, we'll explore confidence, self-expression, and body awareness in a supportive environment, ending with a choreography. Everything is guided step by step, no experience is needed 🤍

Location: LAX studio Paris - Salle 2 (next to reception)
