Explore movement, dance, & musicality in this workshop with former professional Ballerina and Broadway actress Jessica Cohen. All levels of experience welcome!Let’s groove, let our hair down and breathe to the beat in this uplifting and empowering workshop.
This class will incorporate a moving meditation and yoga postures to warm up the body, and then with a soulful and rhythmic playlist Jessica will lead dance movements and exercises that will get your whole body vibing -- pulling from modern, jazz, ballet, freestyle and “center of the wedding dance floor” styles.
This class is a chance to find your own flow and dance together with this amazing community. Class will finish with a guided savasana.
$36 for members, $45 for non-members
