Dance Alchemy is a somatically-informed movement practice that reminds us that we are all dancers! Welcoming women at any level of ability or comfort in dance - all you need is the willingness to move and explore. If you have never experienced Dance Alchemy, expect play, emotional expression, connection, and reawakening your own vibrant spirit in a welcoming environment that's free of judgement. Women deserve spaces to celebrating our authentic selves and bodies. If you have tasted DA, come share the energy in a this perfectly cozy and welcoming space. You'll be guided by Megan Lora, Dance Alchemist and Transformational Women's Coach. After a lifetime of loving movement, I launched into teaching dance in mid-life because I could no longer contain my spirit - so whatever you're bringing to this experience, I've got you.
