Turn up the music and join the Western Dance Fitness Team Jenny, Jessica, Kari and special guest Heather Yang from Spicy Movement for a night of movement, music, and fun!
DJ Haze will bring the energy of a night out while our instructors keep you moving, sweating, and smiling.
No dance experience needed. Grab your friends, wear something you can move in, and come ready to let loose!
Dance Fitness: 6:00–7:15 PM
Singo After Party: 7:30–8:45 PM
When the workout ends, the party keeps going! Sip on fun after party drinks, grab a snack, and play Singo, the music-meets-bingo game that will have you singing along, testing your song knowledge, and playing for prizes.
Can’t make the workout? Come just for Singo! You’re welcome to join us for Dance Fitness, the after party, or both.
