Hello ,Everyone!! Strive 2 Fitness has Aerobics dance sessions. We've all type of FUN Classes.

Ready to get the kids energy out? Join our 1-hour Dance Classes.

The instructor Kyla, will starts each class with a stretch, dancing routines following the teacher and playing interactive dance games. The music and movement are all kid appropriate and grandma approved.

If you like to dance and are ready to sweat, you will love Aerobics Class! Aerobics Class is a high intensity, hour-long, interval movement class for fitness and dance fans. And now you get to take this popular fitness class from the comfort of your own home.

Kyla, your instructor, and the creator of the Aerobics classes will help to push your fitness to the next level as we dance to the best Aerobics music from every decade.

And best of all, join us for a challenging and fun workout. Once you do, we know you will be back for more!
