Saturday, August 23 - starting at 6 pm - Dan Israel and Friends 11th Annual Folk Fest, featuring Jason Chafee (solo) at 6 pm, Katy Vernon (solo) at about 7 pm, and Dan Israel and percussionist Mikkel Beckmen at about 8 pm - FREE, ALL-AGES, and OUTDOORS at Veterans Memorial Amphitheater in Wolfe Park in St. Louis Park - lots of free parking nearby too - in the event of rain, show will not be canceled but will rather be moved about a block or two northwest of the venue to the "ROC" (covered pavilion on west side of St. Louis Park Rec Center)
Oh, and David J. Russ will be running sound again, so you know it will sound great too!
