Dan Climan X Wedge @ LSHB

Saint-Henri Books welcomes Dan Climan and Wedge Co-Founders Sarah Di Domenico and Justin Lortie to celebrate the launch of Dan's art book, In No Particular Order. The evening will include a conversation between Dan, Sarah, and Justin to discuss Dan's artistic practice, the creative process, and their collaboration behind the book.

About the Book:
In No Particular Order is a collection of Dan Climan’s body of work between 2020 and 2023. This first edition ever published, in collaboration with Wedge, explores his artistic practice across selected paintings and sketches.
Presented in no particular order, the book refrains to organize the works chronologically or by subject. Instead, “following an informal organic flow of what feels good,” shares Wedge Founder, Justin Lortie. This invites the viewer to experience the artist’s work through their own memories, reflections, and emotions.
In No Particular Order is a hardcover book with 120 pages and contains 44 full-colour paintings and 12 black-and-white illustrations. The book features an introduction by Erin Storus, an essay and interview by Adam Wray, and photo contributions by Liam Goslett, Celia Spenard-Ko, and Simon Nicoloso.

About Dan:
(b. 1987, Montreal, Canada) lives and works in Montreal. He received his BFA from the Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, Canada. Past solo exhibitions include 'A Familiar Change (2023) and IN PERSON (2022) at General Hardware Contemporary, Toronto. His artwork can be found at prominent Montreal restaurants such as Mon Lapin, Gia Vin & Grill, Pichai, McKiernan and he has creatively collaborated with Matty Matheson, Joe Beef, Osheaga Music Festival and more.
