FELIX LALANNE
⭐ FELIX LALANNE is a Sydney-based freelance guitarist & composer known for his versatility across jazz, metal, funk & fusion. Originally from Paris, he began his musical journey learning drums & guitar from his father before studying at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, where he collaborated with leading Australian jazz improvisers & international artists including Reinier Baas & Florian Ross.
A 2017 finalist in the Montreux Jazz Guitar Competition, Felix returned to the Montreux Festival in 2018 to perform with the Montreux Academy, supporting Chick Corea’s acoustic trio. Felix is an active member of The Good Behaviours, metal jazz group Arcing Wires & high-energy band Funk Engine.
