“He uses his artistry to make our world a better place” –Wynton MarsalisA multi-genre recording artist and instrumentalist, Damien Sneed is a pianist, vocalist, organist, composer, conductor, arranger, producer, and arts educator. He has worked with jazz, classical, pop, and R&B legends, including Wynton Marsalis, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Jessye Norman, and the late Aretha Franklin. He has served as artistic director for numerous award-winning gospel performers and is a 2020 Dove Award winner for his work as a featured producer and writer on the Clark Sisters’ newest project, The Return.
Joy To The World: A Christmas Musical Journey takes us through Sneed’s original arrangements of gospel, jazz and classical favorites. The performance features a cast of 10 singers and musicians performing well-known holiday classics such as “Silent Night,” “This Christmas,” “O Come Emmanuel,” “Little Drummer Boy,” and of course, “Joy To The World.”
