His journey includes achieving fame, facing homelessness, and making a powerful comeback. Known for his time with "Nuttin but Stringz" alongside his brother Tourie, Escobar gained fame on "America's Got Talent" before the duo's breakup led him to retire his violin and struggle with depression.
Rediscovering his passion, Damien released his solo album "Sensual Melodies" in 2013, which saw great success and launched a national tour. This resurgence opened doors for media appearances and performances at high-profile events like Oprah Winfrey's tour. He also authored a children's book, designed custom violins, and launched a non-profit music program for children.
Escobar's second album, "Boundless," and subsequent tour focused on inspiring change and positivity. Currently, he partners with Mitsubishi for a new campaign, releases new music, and continues to build his impactful brand. Damien Escobar's inspiring story is far from over.
