About this Event
In 2026, we aim to build a DAMA community in Berlin that meets regularly to connect, share experiences, and grow together around data and artificial intelligence—from management to technical and non-technical perspectives.
For our second Stammtisch, we’ll focus on a practical topic many teams face:
How do we estimate the ROI of our data products, and how do we communicate it clearly to customers and non-technical management?
This session is designed as an open, friendly space to meet each other, exchange real-world experiences, and shape the community together.
In this session, we aim to:
- Share approaches and experiences on how to measure the value of data products
- Discuss ways to estimate ROI across different scenarios: cost savings, revenue uplift, operational efficiency, risk reduction, customer experience, and more.
- Exchange ideas on actionable metrics and how to choose the right ones for different contexts.
- Share effective ways to communicate impact in plain language—using narratives, visuals, examples, and solid business framing.
- Collect cases (anonymous if needed) and build a shared set of best practices and reusable templates.
