DAM Circus Presents: High Art

In collaboration with Anno Domini Gallery, High Art transcends the boundaries of performance and visual art, creating a mesmerizing fusion of movement, sound, and expression. Inspired by the current exhibit “Divine Inspiration” featuring the visionary works of Dale Collins (Ireland), this show is an ode to the raw beauty of street performance and the untamed power of urban artistry.

High Art is not merely a show, but a visceral experience that invites audiences to journey into the depths of the human condition.From the ethereal grace of aerial dancers suspended in time, to the hauntingly beautiful tones of live violin, this show ignites the senses. Butoh dancers, with their intense and meditative movements, weave a narrative of transformation, while spoken word artists invoke the rhythm of life. The pulse of breakdancing brings an explosive energy, grounding the ethereal in the grit of urban life.

There are a very limited amount of seats so make sure you get your tickets quickly! All seating is first come, first serve (ie. arrive early!).

Get ready to witness some of the best performers in The Bay Area with an eclectic variation of skill and discipline. Performances will range from aerial dance, break dancing, spoken word, butoh, and other styles of dance.

There are several parking garages in downtown San Jose. There is also free street parking available after 6 PM.

ARRIVAL

Arrive to ANNO DOMINI at 7 PM so that you can grab a libation, a good seat, and to check out the exhibit before the event.
