COME JOIN IN ALL THE FUN!Dallas Ukulele Headquarters will be starting off the year with a Beginner’s Jam, suitable for all skill levels. All songs featured will use only 3 chords or less! For my beginner players, it’s an opportunity to focus on some simpler music. For my advanced players, it’s an opportunity to use 2nd and 3rd position chords. Here's how it works: I will have a song list PDF distributed as we get closer to the event. It will be a PDF download from Dropbox that you can print out or load onto your tablet.
For each song, prior to playing, we will practice the chords and the chord transitions. Then we will play the song. This gives everyone a chance to practice chords and play the jam songs together. You will build confidence in being able to tackle more complex music, and also perform at open mic events.

The event will start at 2:00 pm. Please purchase a meal as you come in to help support the restaurant. Hopefully, by 2:30 pm we’ll be done eating and will begin our jam!
Jam will run approximately from 2:30 pm – 4:00 pm
We will be having a Lunch ~ 11:00am - 11:45am
We will be in their Private Room
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a ukulele, either a printout of the music or music loaded onto an iPad or a tablet. We have also found it helpful to bring a tabletop stand so you can prop up the music or tablet.
Be prepared to have fun, regardless of your skill level!
Remember without “U” it’s just kulele!
