The Dallas Multifamily Mastermind is a two-day, in-person intensive built by an operator - not a theorist. Dee Bethea is a retired Army CW4 who built a $200M multifamily portfolio and 10+ companies after a full military career. This is the system he still runs today, taught in the same city where his portfolio operates.
Day 1 - Friday, Sept 11 · The Classroom (Omni Dallas Hotel)
Doors open 6:30 AM for registration and coffee networking. Then a full day of multifamily-first sessions with Dee Bethea and expert speakers:
- Finding the Right Deals - markets, metrics, and how to actually work with brokers
- Raising Capital the Right Way - structure, relationships, and compliance-first capital
- Property Management & Stabilization - what happens after you close
- Asset Management for Cash Flow & Growth - running the asset like a business
- Operator Panel + Open Q&A (4:00–5:00 PM) - bring your deals, your challenges, or your capital questions and get direct answers
Day 2 - Saturday, Sept 12 · The Field
Group transportation departs the Omni for a live property bus tour through the Blacksand Legacy portfolio - working apartment communities, not case studies - with a final stop at Treazure Studios. You'll see the operations you learned about on Day 1 running in real time. Back at the hotel by 1:00 PM.
