The Dallas Heart Walk offers a fantastic opportunity to stay active while connecting with loved ones and colleagues. Participants can select either a 1-mile or a 3-mile route. Families are welcome to join in the fun, with engaging educational activities available in the Happy Little Hearts Kid Zone. Additionally, there’s a dedicated area called PAWlympics for our furry friends to participate!Organized by the American Heart Association, this event serves a vital purpose: to combat heart disease and stroke. The American Heart Association recognizes that we're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way, and we must change that. With your help, we can keep working to ensure all people can enjoy longer, healthier lives.
