Don't miss out on the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail. This is a scenic out and back course on a flat, smooth old railroad bed. Cash prizes, great competition, good food, and awesome swag all make this a memorable event. And because we understand it can be a bit chilly in February, we will be starting the race at 9:00 am to let it warm up and let you get a little more sleep. ;)The course is an out and back that starts at the Bloomsbury Road Trailhead and heads east from the start for ~6.5 miles before turning back. The Friends of the DRHT do an excellent job of ensuring that the trail is in peak shape for the race!
There will be water at miles 1.5, 4, 6.5, 9 and 11.5. There will be Gatorade at miles 4 and 9.
