The Parks and Recreation Division along with the generous sponsors of Coastal Credit Union, My Greene Team, Pamela Hughes, Navigant Credit Union, Butler & Messier Insurance, Camera Werks, Courtesy Auto Group, Dave’s Marketplace, OMNI Technology Services and the Pawtucket Slaterettes, are proud to welcome JOHN CONNORS & the IRISH EXPRESS.JOHN CONNORS AND THE IRISH EXPRESS continue to be the staple of the Pawtucket Parks & Recreation Performance Series. They will take you back to Ireland by performing great Irish standards such as The Wild Rover, Galway Shawl, and Fields of Abhenry!
This free 1 ½ hour performance takes place on the stage located in front of Daggett Farm and Len’s Hot Dog And Seafood Haven in Slater Memorial Park.
The Parks & Recreation Division will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items during these performances to assist the BLACKSTONE VALLEY FOOD CENTER, who work and help to combat hunger in the Blackstone Valley area.
