The Delaware Academy of Family Physicians Foundation is pleased to announce the HEALTHCARE HEROES 5K at Cape Henlopen State Park on Saturday, October 19, 2024. Proceeds will benefit DAFP Foundation programs that seek to inspire family physicians to practice in Delaware and improve access to primary care in many of our rural and socio-economically underserved communities.
