Dads Group Community Catch-up: City of Merri-bek

Our Dads Group catch-ups are designed to be low-pressure and high-connection.
We focus on connecting new fathers to a community of local dads to ensure no one has to navigate the challenges of parenthood alone. By creating these intentional spaces, we help men transition into fatherhood with the support and guidance of a strong peer network.
We believe that "healthy dads raise healthy kids," and that starts with a strong support network. We get together at local parks and community centres to give the kids some fresh air while we grab a coffee and have a real chat. No agendas, no formal presentations—just a group of guys supporting one another.

• The Goal: To reduce isolation and promote positive fatherhood by sharing experiences and building local community ties.
