Join @ZetaPsiQues as we host a workshop on Perinatal/Postpartum mood and anxiety disorder (PMAD). This term is used to describe distressing feelings that occur during pregnancy (perinatal) and throughout the first year after pregnancy (postpartum).

This workshop will have a panel of experts that are educated on PMAD, and will be able to enlighten everyone in attendance about topic. There will be an emphasis on men being taught how to recognize the symptoms. In addition to raising an awareness, on how it affects the mental health of these men that are new to fatherhood.
