Dad Bod is back is here to pair your summer the hottest variety show this side of the heat wave. Featuring international champion of magic Erik Tait and Columbus artist Quincy Howard.

About Dad Bod
Consisting of fathers Jeremy Pelzer, Mark Hale Jr., and Anthony Windsor II, these three veterans of improv have been performing together under many different names since 2017. They named themselves Dad Bod after realizing all three had the body and the jokes to match. Laugh or groan, it's all the same to Dad Bod!

About Erik Tait
Erik Tait has won awards for both standup comedy and magic throughout North America, appeared on Penn & Teller: Fool Us and was the 2018 International Brotherhood of Magicians Gold Cups Close Up Competition Champion. He took home 3rd place at FISM Quebec 2022, the world championships of magic, in the category of card magic. Erik is only the fourth American to accomplish this, and the first American to stand on the podium for card magic in two decades. He graduated with honors from the prestigious Humber College Comedy Writing and Performance program, which means Erik can academically prove why he is hilarious. Beyond that, Erik is the only magician in the world with a degree in funny. He has put academic theory into practice on some of the most prestigious stages in the world, including The Magic Castle, Second City Toronto, and the Hollywood Improv. His client list has some of the most recognizable brands in the country including Honda, Macy’s, and Bark Box.
Erik has also earned raves as an acclaimed burlesque host in both Los Angeles and across the Midwest. In recognition of his talent, Erik won the title “Master of Comedy” at the Burlypicks International Burlesque and Variety Arts Competition. Erik’s quick wit and easy-going demeanor have made him the perfect host of Quiz Box, the popular live game show that plays to packed audiences at Columbus, Ohio’s Shadowbox Live. But Erik has not restricted his creativity to live performances. Finally, Erik has been featured on Sirius/XM radio, and his debut standup album, Nerd is the New Black, is available on iTunes.

Quincy Howard is an artist, poety, comedian, and self-proclaimed Columbus ambassador. He can be found around columbus making art, performing with Affirmative Distraction, and gaming online. His art is inspired by anime, video games, graffiti, and everything black culture. When not doing art or comedy, Quincy can be found spitting the hottest of takes.
