Citizens of Da Nang, ex-lepers, false messiahs and members of the various People’s Fronts of Judea: prepare yourselves for a cinematic experience unlike anything since the Romans invented the aqueduct.
For two nights only, Life of Brian escapes from the screen and takes over the backyard of The Workshop.
This is live cinema: the original film will be screened alongside live actors, scripted performances, musical numbers, unexpected interruptions and moments of audience participation. You may be asked to sing, shout, haggle, heckle or follow the crucifixion line—one cross each, please.
Whether you know every line of the film or have never encountered Brian, his mother or the bloody Romans before, no previous knowledge is required. Simply arrive with an open mind, a healthy disrespect for authority and perhaps a suspiciously convincing beard.
Beards, rocks, otters’ noses and other essential goods will be available in exchange for your hard-earned shekels. Fancy dress is strongly encouraged, and tasteful heckling will be welcomed.

Adults only. Please leave children at home and dogs in the front yard with our staff.
