Peak cherry blossoms are forecast to hit our region right around Sunday April 6th! 🌸 Join WBD for a tranquil “hanami” (flower viewing) ride where we will take in the ephemeral sight of cherry blossoms by hitting some of the best viewing spots— on two wheels. Starting outside the Dtown SEPTA station (Ashland and Clinton) we will head to Buelah cemetery in New Britain, loop back through Central Park, then finish at the Old Courthouse in Doylestown.
Bring a snack or a thermos of tea to enjoy under the Sakura after the ride!
This route is about 90% on walk-bike paths, approximately 13 miles, and is intended to be a chill and social pace to fully take in the glory of spring on bike.
