Ahoj! Lodge 88 is thrilled to announce Czechfest 2025 on October 11, a celebration of Czech heritage, music, dance, delicious food, and cold beer right here in the Houston Heights! This one-day event grows each year with over 2000 people attending last year's festival. This year we are proud to feature:
MUSIC:
Chris Rybak, the Czechaholics, the Lodge 88 Czech Orchetstra, Good Times Brass Band, Scott Ledoux, Highland, plus more to come in the Gazebo and on stage in the Chandelier Ballroom.
FOOD:
The famous Traditional Czech Meal (buy online today while suppliers last), Kolcahes from Hruskas and the Kolache Shoppe, Delicious Smoked Treats from the Lodge 88 BBQ Committee, and Homemade Desserts from the Lodge 88 Youth Club.
ACTIVITIES:
We have the return of the Czech Marketplace, Bounce Houses, Fair Games, Puppet Shows, a Dunk Booth, The Czechfest Olympics, The Grand March, Face Painters, Balloon Artists, a Pumpkin Patch, Crafts and more Official Czechfest 2025 Merchandise including t-shirts with our new logo and the very popular XL beer stein.
BEER GARDEN (NEW!):
In addition to the Czechfest Bar selection you come to grow and love, this year we are adding a proper Czechfest Beer Garden where you can sample from local brewers like New Magnolia, Greater Heights, and Eureka Heights. The Beer Garden culminates with the award for Pilsner of the Year as voted on by Beer Garden participants.
