What if one morning could help you move, learn, connect, and make a difference?
Join us on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at CycleLife Studio for a special morning dedicated to raising awareness and support for those living with Cystic Fibrosis (CF).
We’ll start the morning at 9:00 AM with a FREE Mat Pilates class, welcoming all fitness levels. Come as you are, move your body, and enjoy an energizing workout surrounded by a community that believes in something bigger than ourselves.
But the morning doesn’t end when the workout does.
Following Pilates, we’ll slow down and take a moment to learn what Cystic Fibrosis really means for the children, adults, and families living with it every day. You’ll hear from a local family and learn the personal story of a child who is living with CF—a story that brings this cause closer to home and reminds us why awareness, research, and support matter.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support the cause through a basket raffle featuring generous donations from local businesses and community members. Every ticket and donation will help support Cystic Fibrosis awareness and the fight to improve the lives of those affected by this disease.
And, of course, we’ll have light refreshments and time to connect with one another.
Whether you come for the Pilates, stay for the story, enter the raffle, bring a friend, or simply want to learn more—you are part of something meaningful.
