Cypress Village HOA Concert in the Park

Get ready to kick back and enjoy a fun evening of live music, great food, and community connection! Join your neighbors for an in-person concert event featuring live music by “Your Mom,” delicious In-N-Out burgers sponsored by Park West, gourmet desserts sponsored by Google Fiber, and concessions (drinks and snacks) provided by the HOA.

Bring your blankets, chairs, and good spirits as we enjoy an evening outdoors filled with music, food, and fun. Don’t miss this opportunity to relax, connect with neighbors, and celebrate our Cypress Village community!

Eligibility

• Registration is open to Cypress Village HOA residents only.
• Residency will be verified by address.
• Orders placed by non-residents will be canceled.
• Please refer to the FAQs if you have questions.

Food & Concessions

Wristbands and tickets are required to redeem food and concessions.

Each ticket is redeemable for ONE item:

• In-N-Out Hamburger
• In-N-Out Cheeseburger
• Gourmet Dessert (fresh donuts & ice cream)

Please refer to the Agenda below for food service times.

Concessions (cold beverages and snacks) will be available while supplies last.

Activity

• Enjoy our Paint-a-Planting-Pot activity! Paint supplies and small clay pots will be provided to decorate and take home.
• Cypress Village HOA is not responsible for damage to clothing resulting from participation in this activity.

Registration

• Registration closes Thursday, August 13 at 5:00 PM, or when tickets sell out.
• A waitlist will be available once capacity is reached.
• Maximum of 4 tickets per household/address.
• Orders exceeding the 4-ticket limit will be canceled without exception.

**NEW: Mail Delivery Option**

• Have your tickets mailed directly to your Cypress Village HOA home address for $5.
• Mail delivery must be added to your order by Thursday, August 6 at 11:59 PM to allow sufficient time for processing and delivery.

Event Conduct
Please treat event staff and volunteers with courtesy and respect. Cypress Village HOA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in rude, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.
