What is Cymatics?

"Cymatics" is the study of wave phenomena, especially with sound and its visual representation. This world and its forms is materialized by vibrations. A frequency is a pattern of vibrations producing a specific quality to reality. With our five senses, we experience frequencies through each respective medium. Frequencies being the basis of creation for physical reality, all aspects of your body and your mind can be categorized on a spectrum of frequencies. Every organ is coherent to a unique range of frequencies and resonates to qualities that harmonize to that range, just like in music! We have octaves, melodies, progressions, and scales that create different experiences within us depending on what part of us is coherent and resonant to the sounds; to the vibrations. The human being is an organic orchestra. Our ancestors utilized this knowledge to explore and navigate the subtle energetics that come with sound, touch, smell, taste, and sight. They realized through the senses that they can access a deeper and more sensitive level of connection to the world around us and within us.

What can I expect?

In this workshop, you will explore the energetic and geometrical structures of your human body. You will immerse yourself in a meditative state through movement, sound, and breath. You will receive a deeper and more clear understanding of how these three mediums have a radical effect on our physiology, psyche, and self-awareness. The tools you will learn are coupled with insightful knowledge about the nervous system, the energy centers, and the auric field (an energetic field produced by your vessel) that will enhance your wellness and give more understanding to energetic ethics. By the end of the workshop, you will walk away knowing more to direction, discernment, and navigation of the channels, energy centers, and energetic field that composes the human being.

About the facilitator

Yuj is a metaphysical facilitator and self-mastery artist.

He is known mainly for his sound alchemy and other spiritual services like akashic recording readings, "energetic alignment sessions", and energy coaching . He has had the honor of sharing his gifts in sacred plant ceremonies, indigenous communities, and all communities aiming towards optimal wellness. He is dedicated to learning the multidimensional system of the human being so he may empower others on their journey to self-realization and self-actualization.
