Hosted by Sam from The Newt, this guided tasting explores a collection of refined cyders, each thoughtfully paired with artisan cheeses to showcase the depth, character and complexity of traditional cider making.
Rooted in the orchards of Somerset, The Newt's cyders are crafted with a deep respect for the land, combining generations of orchard expertise with a contemporary approach. Shaped by season, apple varietal and traditional methods, each cyder offers a distinctive expression of its origin.
