I've realized it can be quite tricky to create a cycling route around Bonn, as it is mostly surrounded by hills (which Germans call "mountains") on both sides of the Rhine and every decent attempt to make one resulted in a tour with lots of elevation gain that is only suitable for hardcore mountain bikers or Slovenian athletes. Not only that, but the flood of last year destroyed many routes west of Bonn. At any rate, I was able to come up with a few.. this is one of them:

There is some 'alpine' elevation in the beginning. After surviving this, we should be fine until the end of the tour. We meet at 11:45 AM at Bonn-Mehlem station and start the tour at 12 AM. We will not stop for lunch in a restaurant, so bring food and water with you. It is also of great help if you have a bike phone holder and use Komoot, Strava or other app for navigation, so you can be independent and you don't get lost.
We will take a break spontaneously along the way. When we finish, we can go eat/drink somewhere in Bonn to celebrate our conquest of the toughest German mountain chains in the area. So instead of going to the cardiologist to have a cardiac stress test, take one for free by joining us on our alpine tour while also having lots of fun! ;)
I have an Abo, so I can take 1 person and 1 extra bike for free with me. It is also probable that someone else has a subscription and can take you and your bike for free.
