6/11 - Menstrual Phase (Nourishing Rest)
Focus: Replenishing lost nutrients
Key Ingredients: Iron rich foods, leafy greens, sea vegetables, warming spices
12/11 - Follicular Phase (Renew & Rebuild)
Focus: Energizing light foods to promote growth
Key Ingredients: Dark leafy greens, avocado, seeds, seasonal fruits
20/11 - Ovulatory Phase (Peak & Bloom)
Focus: Vibrant, high-energy foods
Key Ingredients: Cruciferous vegetables, lean proteins, fermented foods
27/11 - Luteal Phase (Grounding & Comfort)
Focus: Soothing foods to ease premenstrual symptoms
Key Ingredients: Dark chocolate, sweet potatoes, whole grains, magnesium-rich foods
Workshop Details:
