Join us for a high energy boxing and spin class led by Coach Kendrick (Dream Performance) and E'Lyn (Studio E Fitt).

You don't want to miss this class, where we'll alternate between rounds of cardio on a traditional indoor cycling bike and boxing.

Please bring your own boxing gloves if you have them. If you do not have boxing gloves, no worries. We can you provide you with gloves to use.
