Info: Participants arrive and gather at Harlem Cycle's 60 W 125th Street location.
Introduction and welcome briefing for all attendees.
Start of the indoor cycling class led by our Harlem Cycle experienced instructors.
🕑: 12:30 PM - 01:30 PM
Transition to Run/Walk Segment
Info: Participants begin the 3.1-mile run/walk journey to Heatwise Yoga in the Upper West Side.
Route guidance provided for a seamless transition.

Arrive at Studio for Yoga Session
Info: Arrival at studio for the final segment of the event.
Refreshments and hydration station available for participants.

Yoga Stretch Session
